Exclusive Property Maintenance was born in 2010 with the aim of providing an exclusive maintenance service to owners of luxury villas in Port d'Andratx. For more than a decade we have adapted and grown from our experience while maintaining our core values, reaching an unmatched level of service. We believe that the properties we undertake must be in optimal condition every day of the year, whether to enjoy them on vacation or preparing your villa for sale.

We are more than a maintenance company, EPM has grown and adapted to the demands of our clients since 2010. Each property is unique and we respond to that singularity by adapting our maintenance services to the needs of each villa.
